This practical, expert-led workshop covers infant and child CPR, choking, home safety, common illnesses, and more. Taught by a Registered Nurses (and Moms), it’s everything you wish came standard with parenting.

Perfect for expecting parents, new caregivers, and anyone looking after little ones.

Our Child Safety Workshop gives you the essential tools and knowledge to respond calmly and effectively when it matters most. Designed for expecting and new parents, grandparents, babysitters, and caregivers of children aged 0–5, this workshop will help you feel ready—not rattled.

You’ll learn to assess situations, prevent common injuries, and take action when needed, with practical, hands-on education grounded in real-life experience.


What You’ll Learn:
• How to tell the difference between choking and gagging—and what to do next
• Infant and child CPR (with step-by-step instruction you can practice at home)
• Home safety strategies to prevent injuries and accidents
• How to respond to fevers, vomiting, breathing issues, and common illnesses
• When to call 911, go to the ER, or wait it out
• Must-know safety tips for everyday parenting
